Little Pusan
Kelev T. Cat's D and I went to have dinner at Little Pusan this evening. Little Pusan used to be one of the restaurants that D and I (along with several of our other coworkers) would frequent for lunch. The dinner discussion ranged from work, old co-workers, photography, and Vox. Though the service may be slow, the food is outstanding. My "usual" would consist of salmon teriyaki with a grape soda. Oh, I used to get teased about my grape soda. This time around, I went with the beef dolsot bibim bop, another Little Pusan favorite. The beef dolsot bibim bop is served in a hot stone bowl with rice, a variety of vegetables, beef, and a partially cooked egg. The next procedure is to apply Korean chili paste and start mixing up contents of the bowl. You can also order a bibim bop that doesn't include a hot stone bowl, but then you are at the mercy of the heat of the rice to get your egg cooked.
With what I have had for dinner the past three nights (Chinese, Japanese, and Korean), looks like I need to hit the Thai restaurant tomorrow for some take-out.
UPDATE: D's post from the other side of the table.
