In no particular order (all shows were attended in Massachusetts):
- Nine Inch Nails - Orpheum Theatre - With Teeth practice tour. Most intimate setting I have seen them yet.
- Pearl Jam - Orpheum Theatre - Vs. tour - It was an incredible setlist: Oceans, Even Flow, Sonic Reducer, State of Love and Trust, Hard to Imagine, Immortality > Hey Hey My My, Go, Animal, Glorified G, Daughter, Suck You Dry, Alone, Not For You, Betterman, Rats, Blood, Release, Tremor Christ, Once, Fuckin' Up, Dirty Frank, Yellow Ledbetter, Jam, Rearviewmirror, Elderly Woman Behind the Counter In A Small Town, I've Got A Feeling.
- David Bowie w/ Nine Inch Nails - Great Woods - David Bowie was so-so, but NIN performed many of the remix versions found on Further Down The Spiral. Trent also showed off his saxophone skills prior to NIN and Bowie sharing the stage for a couple of songs.
- Nirvana - Springfield - In Utero tour - you can hear me in the background in From the Muddy Banks of the Wishkah album. Breeders opened up the show which was also a huge plus.
- Nine Inch Nails - Boston Garden - The Downward Spiral tour - Incredible visuals at this show.
- Tori Amos - Avalon - From the Choir Girl Hotel practice tour. Another intimate setting
- Green Day - The Hatchshell - a free concert while they were touring the Dookie album. Only lasted three songs because the crowd wanted to recreate the Woodstock mudthrowing.
- Radiohead - Great Woods - Hail to the Thief tour.
- Primus - Orpheum Theatre - first show I ever saw in Boston. 2nd row. I shook Les Claypool's hands :)
- Soul Coughing - Avalon - I think I saw them three times in total at Avalon. Every time it was a fun show full of bouncing and audience participation.

If we keep this question scoped in the realm of video games, here are the latest obsessions.
In World of Warcraft, I have three: Wrathora, Sangreta, Iceehawt. I have been leveling these characters in parallel and loving the 3 different styles of play. Actually the new Armory site has been a fun distraction as well. I love being able to check out my guild mates talent specs.
In the Guitar Hero world, there are two:
(1) Get 5 stars on all songs in Hard Mode in Guitar Hero II. Only two songs are left, both currently at 4 stars: Pyschobilly Freakout and Carry Me Home.
(2) I have been obsessing the Guitar Hero II Xbox 360 Multi-Player Bundle. With the prospects of downloadable songs (including the songs from the first Guitar Hero) and more tracks in the set list, it is not a question of if I will get it, it is a question of when.
What are your Superbowl plans? What's your prediction and why?

To avoid the game as much as possible. I actually decided to turn on the halftime show to watch Prince. Am I the only person that didn't watch the game, couldn't care less about the commercials, but wanted to see the halftime show? What an amazing set and showcase of his skills. The rain, the purple fluorescents, the marching band, the zany hammer-ons he was pulling off like they were afterthoughts. Oh God, and the use of shadow during the Purple Rain solo...I definitely took away pointers on winning at the theatrical aspects of Guitar Hero. I wish I could have recorded it. Great stuff. Oh yeah, Prince needs to sanction his "Prince symbol" guitar for use with Guitar Hero.
