I was in Hull celebrating Christmas with the wife's extended family. They live on a house that overlooks the bay. Someone opened the blinds and remarked at how beautiful the sunset was. I didn't realize at the time because I was watching the Pats game. Luckily, I had the SD630 on me and they had a nice second story balcony off of their master bedroom.
Show us something that takes your breath away.
In the days before the wee one, I would hike during the summer up in the White Mountains with the wife. Some of the views from up there are spectacular. Of course, being afraid of heights does reduce the amount of time you spend up on a peak. The full size image looks better than the Vox auto-resized-for-blogging one (shown below).
Sunsets over the Gulf Coast of Florida are always a wonder to see. I grew up on the Atlantic Ocean side of Florida and the sunsets are nowhere near as great as on the other side of the peninsula.
Lastly, is an image that I wish I had taken. The wife took this one a while back while we were still living in Cambridge. It is one of my favorite images of the wee one that we have.
